Financial administrative assistant

What are you going to do?

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices and ensuring for correct accounting.

  • Checking and processing transport and freight charges.

  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

  • Follow up on outstanding payments and contact with customers and suppliers.Support with month-end and year-end closing.

  • Processing transport documents, waybills, and contracts.

  • Supporting financial audits and checks.

  • Efficient management of digital and physical administration.

  • Support with the VAT returns and other tax returns obligations.
  • Contributing ideas about process improvements within the financial administration.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum vocational education in business administration

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a financial or administrative role.

  • Experience within a transport or logistics environment is a lawn.

  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Exact, AFAS, Accountview) and MS Excel.
