What are you going to do?

Processing purchase and sales invoices and ensuring for correct accounting.

Checking and processing transport and freight charges.

Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Follow up on outstanding payments and contact with customers and suppliers.Support with month-end and year-end closing.

Processing transport documents, waybills, and contracts.

Supporting financial audits and checks.

Support with the VAT returns and other tax returns obligations.

Education & Experience
-
Minimum vocational education in business administration
-
At least 2-5 years of experience in a financial or administrative role.
-
Experience within a transport or logistics environment is a lawn.

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Exact, AFAS, Accountview) and MS Excel.
